What key processes do you need to complete before leaving ? Establish an internship agreement from the “Stages” (Internships) application in the ENT under the heading “Mes études” (My studies) (except IUT) Establish a projected budget (housing, cost of living etc.). Check with consulates and embassies about the necessary administrative documents (visas, etc.). Check with Preventive Medicine on medicalrequirements (vaccines, etc.). Some tips for organizing your internship : Prepare your arrival ! Find out about the host structure: its history, its activity, itsstrategic issues etc.) Adapt to the culture of the organisation, respect its rules, codes of conduct and manners Take a proactive approach Check regularly with your internship tutor on his expectations and goals See also the 2018 student internship guide.
