Help in setting up research projects La Rochelle Université > Research and Innovation > Services for researchers > Help in setting up research projects Published on 27 August 2024 - updated on 29 August 2024 The role of the Projects and Grants office is to support teacher-researchers, researchers and any departments (laboratories, institutes or others) of the university that so wish in preparing their applications for external funding and in drawing up contracts with their partners. A DEPARTMENT DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT IN SETTING UP PROJECTS: THE Projects and Grants office The Projects and Grants office can assist at the request of any project promoter wishing to respond to a call for projects, whether related to research or other areas. It supports the submission of regional, national, European and international calls for projects. As part of the “ExcelLR’H” program, it contributes to the implementation of an ambitious strategy for European funding by offering specific support for Horizon Europe ERC, Pillar 2 and MSCA applications. We offer support in setting up projects in the following areas: Guidance, advice, identifying funding and partnerships, Administrative support and proofreading of the proposal, Help with drawing up the provisional budget, Search for partners and monitoring partnership relations, Monitoring relations with funding bodies, Support in submitting projects (platforms) and monitoring the examination of submitted projects. The Projects and Grants office also centralises and coordinates the examination of agreements binding the institution before they are signed by the President of the University.
