She will work with you to find solutions and will be there to support you. PERSONALIZED SUPPORT Our social workers can provide you with information, support and referrals to the appropriate services and professionals to help you meet your needs and overcome your difficulties. They are also available to answer any questions you may have concerning access to rights, housing, food aid schemes or applications for social grants. They are also available to help you set up various files or assist you with administrative formalities. In the event of financial difficulties, and after assessing your situation, the social workers can help you put together a financial aid application and present it to the social action commission.
