La Rochelle University combats any violence that women may be subject to, promotes social diversity in all its programmes, equality at all stages of their career, and more generally strives toward a high quality of life at work for women.
The university is committed to equality for all: the institution wants to see this fundamental right applied in all aspects of university life.
To address various gender-based and sexual violence and discrimination, the University created a listening and support relay in 2019.
